   So tired of job listings looking for “rock stars.” Rock stars show up six hours late, start drinking at 11, punch lawyers, and sleep with the account managers. Why would you want to hire one? (Rock stars are also generally uninterested in working on your unfunded demand-side mobile-advertising-as-a-service startup.)

   Cowboy Coders are usually not worth the price.

Why the name?

"unquieted" = unsettled = a life in transition.

I'm starting over. I was always creative, but also had strong analytical skills, and was never afraid of technology. At a time when many of my law school classmates are making partner or running for governor, I am going back to my creative roots. Specifically, web design & digital art.

"unquieted" = a play on words.

I can be unquiet, i.e., noisy. I play drums, bass, guitar and once in a while I even try to sing. (But I'm an amateur these days... my creative outlets are visual.) And this blog is about not being quiet. The "ed" part is my name.
